Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag admits he's frustrated seeing Ajax sack Alfred Schreuder.
Schreuder succeeded Ten Hag as Ajax coach at the start of the season and was dismissed last week.
"I worked there for four and a half years in a very good way, worked with people and then you find it very annoying that this is happening," Ten Hag said on Ziggo Sport on Saturday after United's 3-1 victory over Reading in the fourth round of the FA Cup.
"Certainly also for the players. They are good players and it is a good squad. And at the moment they have not been able to get the form you expect. And I just find that annoying, this does not belong to Ajax.
"You also do not hope, with the people you have worked with and in a good way, that this is ultimately the outcome.
"It is very annoying and you hope and expect something different."
