Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has dodged a question about Paul Pogba prior to Tuesday night's meeting with Juventus in the Champions League.

Pogba joined United from Juve in 2016 but has been unable to replicate the same consistent form he produced in Turin.

When asked if midfielder Paul Pogba had improved as a player since his move from Juventus, Jose Mourinho said: "I don't like this press conference.

"I don't want to speak about individuals or Spanish journalists. I want to speak about one of the biggest candidates of winning the competition. That is what motivates me, that's what brings me here. If the press conference is going in other directions, I want to go in another direction."
