Manchester United and Arsenal are being linked with a bid for PSV Eindhoven midfielder Kevin Strootman.
Italian media sources say AC Milan have missed out on the Dutchman with a Premier League club coming forward to do a deal.
PSV are willing to cash in as long as the price is right - and £18m could be enough to sign Strootman.
United and Arsenal have been linked with the Dutchman in recent weeks.
