Man Utd academy happy after Nice, Monaco test games

Manchester United's Professional Development Phase players went on a four day trip this past week.

The young Red Devils were exposed to the south of France, getting to play against Nice and Monaco.

The players, aged between 15 and 19, were able to attend a Ligue 1 fixture and tour Monaco.

“It's been a great few days," Travis Binnion, head of player development and coaching told the club website.

“The staff at Monaco and Nice have been fantastic and we've had two really good, challenging games that have stretched our players.

“That's what these trips are about and we've got plenty of learnings to take away for the final weeks of the season."
