Alexis Sanchez is still a primary target for Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola, according to Sky Sports.

The Chilean has yet to extend his contract beyond next season, and has recently stated that his future is in the hands of his agent.

His ambiguity has further fuelled speculation he could move to City or German champions, Bayern Munich.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, who signed a two-year contract extension recently, has repeatedly stated that neither Sanchez, or teammate Mesut Ozil, will be leaving the club.

Sanchez had a stellar season with the north London club, having scored 30 goals in all competitions.
