Manchester City midfielder Bernardo Silva is set to see a move to Barcelona fall through.

Bernardo has been keen to join Barca, but set a deadline for this weekend to complete the move.

Sport says Barca are not in the position to sign the midfielder and will miss the set date.

As such, Bernardo is set to remain with City and enter new contract talks.

He will give Barca until Sunday before pulling out of the proposed move.
