Manchester City executive chairman Garry Cook admits they were disappointed to be beaten by Arsenal for Manchester United defender Mikael Silvestre yesterday.
"He's another one we've missed out on," said Cook. "If you're 31 and fancy a bit of Champions League, it's difficult for us to compete with that."
