Mainz teen Erkan Eyibil is attracting English transfer interest.

Likened to Arsenal star Mesut Ozil, the 17 year-old is interesting Aston Villa and West Brom, reports BILD.

Tied to Mainz until 2020, Eyibil has just signed with agent Erkut Sogut, who is also the manager of Ozil.

Mainz head of junior performance Volker Kersting is aware of the interest from England, but advises Eyibil to stay put.
