Olympique Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas admits former Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is under consideration.

Aulas is casting a wide net as he seeks to replace Bruno Genesio, who will leave when his contract expires in June.

He said, "Juninho, (Laurent) Blanc, Wenger ... Have I made my choice? No. I have denied a number of names, but as it comes out every day ... I will not announce anything before the end of the championship.

"We have defined a different organisation, with a sporting director and a coach. In these roles, you need either old players or internationally renowned coaches. I take into account everything that has been said ... I think I am the president best able to withstand the pressure, but it was very difficult to fight against this lobby for which, from the start, Bruno Genesio was not the 'business'."
