Former Manchester United youth star Tahith Chong is said to be having a medical at Luton Town.
The Birmingham City winger is signing for the newly promoted Premier League side.
Per Sky Sports News, Luton have agreed to pay Birmingham a £4 million fee to secure Chong.
The deal represents a significant profit for City, who signed Chong for less than half that fee from United last summer.
He had previously spent time on loan at Birmingham, where he impressed and earned a permanent transfer.
Chong will be hoping to showcase his quality in the Premier League after flattering to deceive during senior appearances with Man United.
