Luton boss Edwards delighted for Kaminski after Belgium debut

Luton Town goalkeeper Thomas Kaminski earned a well deserved international cap this month.

Kaminski got to play for Belgium for the first time in his career during the international break.

Manager Rob Edwards was delighted to see Kaminski get the recognition he deserves.

Asked about Kaminski, Luton boss Edwards told reporters: “It was brilliant, I text him the other day when it happened and seeing him (back at training) was very special. You could see he was really proud of that moment.

"He deserved it, he's been outstanding for us this year.

“It's been a really difficult season and he is getting worked, he is getting tested, but he's also kept us in games and made some huge saves, some big moments in games as well.

“So he really deserved that, I'm very, very pleased for him."
