Liverpool star Divock Origi says it will be emotional to return to the Estadio Metropolitano.

The Reds won the Champions League trophy at the stadium against Spurs, and Origi got one of the two goals that night.

Now they face off against Atletico Madrid in the round of 16 as they bid to stay in the competition.

But Origi is excited about playing in the stadium again.

Speaking to Liverpoolfc.com while in Qatar for the FIFA Club World Cup, he said: "I think it's very emotional.

"To go back there and know that you won such a special prize – for my own life and for the team as well – it will be a place that we will cherish.

"It will be very special and hopefully push us even more to go and get the win at Atletico."
