Liverpool striker Divock Origi's move to AC Milan will be confirmed once the club's sale is complete.
Elliott Management are in advanced talks to sell Milan to Bahrain-based Investcorp.
Origi has agreed pre-contract terms with the Rossonero and the change of ownership isn't expected to effect the deal.
TMW says once the new owners are confirmed, Origi's deal will be announced.
The same situation is facing Lille defender Sven Botman.
