Liverpool are in talks with RB Leipzig regarding one of their young prospects.

The Reds are negotiating with the German club to recall Fabio Carvalho from his season long loan spell.

The former Fulham youngster, who is now 21, has only managed 145 minutes in the German Bundesliga this term.

Liverpool are not happy with Carvalho's lack of game time, as the loan was meant to give him more game time.

Liverpool Echo states that the club will now look to move him on to another team on loan in January.

Carvalho is behind Mohamed Salah, Darwin Nunez, Diogo Jota, Luis Diaz and Cody Gakpo in the pecking order at Anfield.
