Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard isn't ready to hang up the boots.

The Daily Record says Gerrard will not be hanging up his boots - sparking fresh speculation he is set for a reunion with Brendan Rodgers at Celtic.

LA Galaxy failed to reach the MLS play-offs over the weekend, with the midfielder's contract up at the end of the season and the former England captain is reportedly not keen on joining a direct rival Liverpool, with Scotland a possible destination.

Gerrard has also been linked with a coaching post at Liverpool.
