Liverpool Champions League winner John Arne Riise admits he wants to manage in the Premier League.
Riise has taken charge of Norwegian Third Division outfit Flint Tønsberg.
And he told VG: "My long-term dream is to coach a team in the Premier League, or another major club.
"To achieve that, I have to work hard and very hard. After months of getting to know Flint, I feel this is a good match.
"They have a great focus on attacking football and finding new talents in a good way.
"I hope with my experience that I can help lift the club to the next level. Many talented players with the right attitude and desire to improve are a good start. It's been a few weeks now because I'm looking forward to getting started."
