Liverpool are happy with the progress of Harvey Elliott at Blackburn Rovers.
Elliott has scored two goals in his last two games on loan with Rovers, taking his tally to four for the season alongside four assists.
But Liverpool have no plans to recall him during the January transfer window, according to The Athletic.
And that will be music to the ears of Blackburn boss Tony Mowbray, who says Elliott is essential to his game plans.
“I tell the team to give him the ball," Mowbray told Blackburn's official website.
“The special talents in the team are generally the ones who make the right decision with the ball."
