Liverpool are exploring a loan deal for Juventus midfielder Weston McKennie.

The Daily Mail says Liverpool are looking at the possibility of signing McKennie in the January transfer window.

But it is also stated that this would be on a loan deal rather than a permanent buy.

It is an open secret that the Reds' top target is England and Borussia Dortmund star Jude Bellingham. But the report states that they are open to the idea of bringing in reinforcements on loan in the New Year, too.

Reports from Italy have previously stated that Juventus are looking to let McKennie leave the club in January. The likes of Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund have also been credited with an interest in the 24-year-old, who has made 17 appearances for Juve so far this season.
