Liverpool boss Jürgen Klopp explained Jordan Henderson's absence for Liverpool's defeat at Brentford on Monday.
The Reds captain was forced to miss the Premier League fixture at Gtech Community Stadium due to an issue sustained ahead of the contest.
Speaking before the match, Klopp told Sky Sports: "Hendo has a concussion, [it's] normal procedure.
"It's not massive but we always follow the protocols.
"The next day we did a test and it was not 100 per cent, so we follow the protocol. He will be ready for the next game again but not for this."
