Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp admits he's managing captain Jordan Henderson through games at this stage of the season.
Henderson was substituted at half-time against FC Midtjylland but Klopp insists it was nothing to do with an injury, but simply a case of managing his workload.
"Henderson doesn't have a fitness problem. Responsible is the best word for it," said Klopp.
"I can count the games he's played and we have to try to get through the period.
"October has been like a December, November is like a December, and December is December. That means it is intense and hectic like a December but every month. So we have to make these decisions.
"The boys are ready to go."
