Liverpool ace Mohamed Salah insists Darwin Nunez will soon start scoring consistently.
The Uruguayan striker has only scored five times in 16 Premier League outings, and he has not found the net in the top-flight since the World Cup.
"I train with Darwin and I know his style, I know how we like to play, and when we have a counter-attack we just go forward," Salah told Sky Sports.
"We did it a couple of times, against Napoli and also against Manchester City. I know how we play and how he is as a player, and I am sure that he will score a lot of goals, believe me, he will score a lot of goals."
Jurgen Klopp's men travel to Tyneside to take on Newcastle this Saturday, knowing a win would move them to within six points of their opponents while also having a game in hand.
The Reds then host Real Madrid in the last-16 of the Champions League next Tuesday in a rematch of last year's final.
