Leicester rename foundation to honour late owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha

Leicester City have renamed their foundation to honour late owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha.

The charity was formerly known as the LCFC Foxes Foundation, but has been changed since their chairman passed away last month.

Srivaddhanaprabha was one of five people tragically killed when his helicopter crashed in the car park outside the clubs King Power stadium.

An auction will be held to raise funds for the foundation, with items including Jamie Vardy's executive box and Kasper Schmeichel's gloves set to be on offer.

The foundation was founded in 2011/12 and has raised almost £2 million for local charities.
