Leicester City midfielder James Maddison admits their season has been "embarrassing".

Maddison was speaking before today's clash with Crystal Palace.

"It's a big week for us because the reality is we're bottom of the league," Maddison told BT Sport.

"And that's even painful to say out load and it's almost a little bit embarrassing that we're down there, so we need to do something about it.

"We haven't been getting enough good results. Against Bournemouth (Leicester suffered a 2-1 defeat last Saturday) it's kind of the same thing.

"No disrespect to them but you've got to go there and dominate and win. It's challenging times but we're all pulling in the same direction and we'll keep working for that."
