Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers has confirmed they're close to landing Roma winger Cengiz Under.

Rodgers has confirmed negotiations are now well underway to sign the Turkey international.

"He is a very, very good player," said the manager.

"There have been negotiations with the club (Roma) and we are hopeful there.

"We need different kinds of offensive players. It is clear that we have speed and strength, but I feel that we need more football up there."
