Leicester City and Brighton are watching FC Koln wing-back Ismail Jakobs.
The Foxes top-flight rivals Brighton have also made enquiries about Jakobs, a speedy, skilful and hard-working youngster who can play anywhere along the left flank, says the Daily Mail.
Germany Under 21 international Jakobs caught the eye during his debut campaign in Koln's first team last term.
He ended it being nominated for the Bundesliga's rookie of the year award alongside the likes of eventual winner Alphonso Davies and Borussia Dortmund sensation Erling Haaland having won the monthly award in December.
This season he has continued to feature regularly, making 18 appearances.
