Leeds United owner Andrea Radrizzani has claimed the club were 'screwed up' by Bamba Dieng's failed deadline day move.
The Whites had secured a deal with Marseille for the 22-year-old attacker.
But Dieng instead decided to join OGC Nice, only for him to fail his medical.
Radrizzani tweeted: "Part of the madness of deadline day. We have been screwed up, it happens even to the best ones.
"We have done a great market, planned and executed our targets at very early stage. Keep going."
