Leeds United are confident of agreeing a transfer for Wigan whizkid Joe Gelhardt.
The Latics have been demoted to League One after their appeal was rejected on Tuesday.
And Leeds believe they are close to sealing a deal worth an initial £1m, according to the Mirror.
The 18-year-old striker made 19 appearances for the Latics this season.
