Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa admits he's prepared to see Crysencio Summerville leave.
Summerville has made five substitute appearances in the Premier League this season and has made a transfer request, less than two years after joining from Feyenoord.
Bielsa said today: "He spoke with me and he told me he wanted to leave. I told him that would not be a problem. If a player who is a regular with the first team - not necessarily coming on but thought about regularly - asks me to leave, for me that reason is sufficient.
"For any player that tells me they want to leave, I would answer: no problem, I'm not opposed to you leaving. But what is the reason he wants to leave? I don't look at that, simply not wanting to be here is sufficient.
"That's a sporting position."
