Leeds boss Bielsa delighted with Raphina progress: He suits us

Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa is pleased with the progress of Raphinha.

The Brazilian proved the winner in victory over Everton.

Bielsa said: "He's a player with a capacity to unbalance a team individually. His physical qualities are good. He's a dynamic player who's not difficult to go forward and come back or to get in behind and defend. The characteristics of the team coincide with his way of playing."

Asked to assess the team's progress overall, Bielsa was reluctant to respond.

"I'm always a little reluctant to answer this question. If you observe, we had a favourable start to the season where the goals we conceded did not really affect the results because we were scoring plenty and then there was a period where we conceded a lot and weren't efficient in attack. The third period where we haven't conceded goals, but created opportunities to win. Which three of these periods describes us?"
