Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez says the club boast plenty of fans in Argentina.

Lautaro is proud to be the latest Argentine wearing the Nerazzurri colours.

“I remember watching the Champions League Final at home, with my family in Argentina," Lautaro told UEFA.com. “It was significant because there were many Argentine players in the team, and it was such an important win for the club.

“Diego Milito scored both goals? Yes, that's right. Diego is a very important person and footballer in our country, I was able to play with him [at Racing Club], which I enjoyed very much.

“There are definitely many Inter fans in Argentina because of the many Argentine players who have moved to this club."
