Cagliari's summer signing Joaquin Larrivey has been cleared to face Juventus today.

The Argentine striker's international transfer arrived just before the end of the summer window and he may well start the match at the Stadio Sant'Elia.

Cagliari coach Marco Giampaolo said: "I knew that sooner or later the clearance would come. The problem was purely a bureaucratic one. Larrivey has been training with us from the start and the President guaranteed me he would be available."
