LA Galaxy midfielder David Beckham is almost certain to return to Italian club AC Milan according to Sky Sport Italia.

There have been rumours surrounding this move ever since Beckham returned to the Galaxy after a five-month spell with the Rossoneri last season.

It is believed that Milan have opened up talks with Beckham who is keen on a move to Europe to give himself every chance of making England's World Cup squad for next year.

Despite recent interest from Premier League clubs Chelsea and Tottenham, a move to the San Siro seems much more likely, especially after Milan vice president was reported to have discussed Beckham with England coach Fabio Capello during the week.
