Watford winger Ken Sema is counting on the season resuming in Italy.
Sema is currently on-loan with WatfordSerie A sister club Udinese - though the deal needs to be extended.
He told Fotbollskanalen: "If the league resumes, we will see if we will extend the contract to the end of the season or how it will be, but at the same time there is an owner of two teams.
"However, I think it will be smooth and I hope it will be an agreement that everyone is happy with and open to. Right now it's all about whether the league will be played or not. When we then know it, we will get to see how it is."
The contract with Watford extends to the summer of 2023. But Sema does not know what the future will look like beyond this season.
"Yes, we will see," he added.
