Juventus striker Vlahovic happy with victory over Salernitana: Thanks to Di Maria for penalty

Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic was happy with victory over Salernitana - though feels he can play better.

Vlahovic scored from the spot in the 3-0 in Salerno last night.

The Serb said: "First of all, tonight it was important to win the game: for this I say thanks to the team and the coach, we must continue like this. The penalty scored in (Angel) Di Maria's place? We forwards live for the goal and for this I thank Di Maria who let me take it: I have to continue like this, but I always have to be at the service of the team."

On Juve coach Max Allegri, Vlahovic continued: "He knows how much we can do, he doesn't want us to relax: we have to stay together and play our game. We can't give away certain balls: this gives us a big boost and helps us grow. I'll need more matches to get fully fit but I'm always giving 100%. The ranking? The reality is this: we have to think match after match also because Juventus only cares about winning."
