Juventus signing Ramsey determined to attend Arsenal Europa League final

Departing Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey is determined to make their Europa League final in Baku.

The Sun says the injured midfielder will break off from a family holiday in Portugal to make the long-haul journey so he can roar on his Gunners team-mates in Azerbaijan's Olympic Stadium.

Rambo was cruelly denied a fairy-tale European final to bring down the curtain on his 11-year-Arsenal career after he suffered a torn hamstring against Napoli in last month's quarter-final second-leg.

The Welshman will officially become a Juventus player on July 1 after signing a pre-contract agreement with the Serie A champs worth a staggering £400,000-a-week.

However the 28-year-old was gutted at being robbed of the chance to bow out for Arsenal in a major European final against arch rivals Chelsea, the team he put to the sword in the 2017 FA Cup final.
