Juventus are launching a bid for Chelsea winger Kevin de Bruyne. Juve GM Beppe Marotta was in London yesterday on transfer business, which included meeting with Chelsea officials about De Bruyne.
Sportmediaset says Juve have asked about a six-month loan for the Belgian with a fee for a permanent deal set in June.
Chelsea would prefer a straight sale now for €15 million.
