Juventus midfielder Felipe Melo says he's surprised to have won the Bidone d'Oro.

Melo was named the 'Golden Bin' winner this week as being Serie A's worst signing of the season.

"The organisers of this award are from Florence and the Viola's fans have not been able to stomach my sale to their rivals," Melo said.

"This has been my best year. I am upset that they have taken the prize seriously in Brazil. It means that the Selecao had a Bidone d'Oro among the regulars who won the Confederations Cup."
