Juventus midfielder Juan Cuadrado felt they let standards slip for victory over Empoli.
The Bianconeri were made to work harder than perhaps they expected to beat the Sardinians 3-1 on Saturday.
“We have to be aware that in Serie A this is the situation, you can't lower your guard for a moment, because everyone wants a result against us and won't give up," the goalscorer Cuadrado told DAZN.
“I am very happy that the team picked up all three points today, as that was the most important thing.
“We don't put limits on ourselves, because we want more from every match. We've got to continue along this path so we can get even better."
