Juventus are launching a bid for Liverpool striker Roberto Firmino.

The Brazil international is inside the final year of his Reds contract and Juve see their chance to bring the striker to Italy.

Firmino has been unsettled by the arrival of Darwin Nunez and is open to moving to Juve.

The player's minders have let it be known to Juve that he wants a guaranteed start under coach Max Allegri as he targets this year's World Cup in Qatar.

Juve are happy with the feedback and intend to bid €22m for Firmino in the coming days.
