Juventus hero Ravanelli casts doubt on Allegri staying

Juventus hero Fabrizio Ravanelli admits he can see Max Allegri leaving at the end of the season.

Allegri is being celebrated in Italy for reviving Juve this season.

But Ravanelli has questioned whether he will want to stay next term, telling TVPlay: "There is a desire to extend the contract of Allegri who has been able to do something exceptional. He gave many young people their debut and valued them. Living with certain pressures is not easy, last year he had to take care of everything and not just on the pitch.

"I think it was inevitable that he would lose his temper. Beyond the excellent relationship with (Cristiano) Giuntoli, we need to know if the coach wants to stay at Juventus next year too. If he were to win the Scudetto with a team significantly inferior to Inter, I don't know what the Livornese's choice would be.

"After all the difficulties he has gone through in the last two years I think he can also leave. But it's my opinion: if I were Juventus I would do everything to keep him because the coach is doing something amazing. But I'm not sure he wants to continue in black and white."
