Juventus coach Allegri: Seeing AC Milan in second-place can motivate us

Juventus coach Max Allegri was frustrated after their 2-2 draw with Atalanta.

The result sees Juve lose second place to AC Milan.

Allegri said: "In football there are these moments that must be faced with a broad head and shoulders. Mathematically it is a point gained: tonight was a delicate match and we were one goal down. It wasn't easy to react.

"Milan stole a lot of points from us. It's an opportunity for us to give ourselves new stimuli and regain second place.

"There's nothing to blame the kids for. We have scored fewer points than we expected in the last few weeks, but the maximum effort has always been there. We need everyone, because playing the Champions League is good for everyone. We must all row on the same side. This is a team with a lot of heart and it needs everyone."
