Juventus coach Max Allegri is delighted Adrien Rabiot chose to stay this season.

The midfielder came close to joining Manchester United over the summer.

Rabiot scored in the victory over Inter Milam.

Allegri said, "I talked to him about the possible transfer, if he were happy to go and I told him he was esteemed at Juventus.

"I consider him a great player, he's the age of maturity, he played a great game and puts himself at the service of the team."
