Paul Pogba again missed for Juventus in Sunday's 4-2 win against Sampdoria.
Pogba was left out of the squad in the Europa League midweek after turning up late to a team meeting and was again missing yesterday.
Before kickoff, Juve coach Max Allegri said: “This morning when he was taking free kicks he stopped and felt pain in his adductor. It was a good training session too, he was going to play today, but that's life. He has to be strong and be patient so he can get back to being the player he was."
Allegri also went with youngster Enzo Barrenechea on the day.
“Barrenechea is a first team player, I made a choice. Paredes is a reliable and important player, we can bring him, Cuadrado, Locatelli, Soule, Illing and others on to make their contribution."
