Joao Felix coy about Chelsea future: But I am very happy here

Joao Felix was coy about his long-term future at Chelsea today.

The striker is on-loan to June from Atletico Madrid.

At today's Champions League presser, Felix said: "If I want to stay or not, the future nobody knows. I am only focused on tomorrow's game. After that, we don't know what will happen. I am here and the club is so big, it's amazing. Everyone behind the club is so good so I am happy to be here.

"The lack of goals is frustrating, for me and the strikers. But it's football. Sometimes you shoot ten times and you don't score, sometimes you can shoot once and you end up scoring. So you have to keep working and pushing and then the goals will appear."

On the need to play, Felix continued: "I think I needed it. When I left Atletico, I thought it was good for me and for them. So I think it was the perfect deal to try something different. I always tried to do my best and sometimes it didn't work. So I had to change to see if things go different. I think this loan is important for me and I am very happy to play here."

Felix added, "Its a different kind of football, the league is different. The way the teams play in La Liga or Premier League is totally different. Chelsea is a team that likes to attack, has the ball, dominate the game. So that is the game I like to play. I feel very free to play here and as I like. I love it."
