Adelaide United risk losing their coaching team of Aurelio Vidmar and Phil Stubbins to the J-League. The Advertiser says a major Japanese club have been in contact with Football Federation Australia about the pair's contract situation. Both Vidmar and Stubbins come off contract in June.
Assistant coach Stubbins said: "I think opportunities arise through hard work.
"We're certainly focused on nothing else other than the (Champions League semifinal) game against Bunyodkor and the subsequent games after that.
"We're very happy at the club. I think I can speak on Viddie's behalf on this one."
