AC Milan boss Pippo Inzaghi was left frustrated after their 1-1 draw with Torino.
Jeremy Menez struck on three minutes, but Milan could not hold out Toro and had to make do with a point.
"We could've dealt better with the situation when it was XI against XI. We held out as well as we could with 10 men, but once again conceded from a corner. We need to do something about that," Inzaghi told Sky Sport Italia.
"Of course with 50 minutes down to 10 men it's difficult. I introduced Alex because I saw we were struggling in the air, but incredibly straight after putting on our best header of the ball we conceded from a corner.
"De Sciglio is an Italy full-back and I thought it would be helpful for him to play on his natural foot at right-back. Abate cannot play two games in three days and I want him ready for the Coppa Italia."
