Inter Milan are hoping to settle terms with Chelsea for Romelu Lukaku this week.

The Belgium international is staying away from London as he waits for the two clubs to reach agreement over a fee.

Inter had a €25m offer rejected by Chelsea earlier this week.

Il Gazzetta dello Sport says Inter chiefs Beppe Marotta and Piero Ausilio will spend the coming three days to close a deal for Lukaku.

Inter will up the bid to €35m and there is a confidence of an agreement by Monday.
