Inter Milan president Moratti ready to pounce for Chelsea striker Drogba

Inter Milan are monitoring Didier Drogba's situation at Chelsea.

There's speculation Drogba could be squeezed out of the first team reckoning at Stamford Bridge following Fernando Torres' arrival from Liverpool.

Inter president Massimo Moratti would love to bring Drogba to Italy - even at 32 - and knows the Ivorian is a regular visitor to Milan.

Drogba is now inside the final 18 months of his current deal.

For his part, Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti says the big man could play on into his late 30's.
