Inter Milan are on the brink of signing Udinese midfielder Lazar Samardzic.

The Serb is set to join Inter for a fee of €25m plus a young player.

Inter midfielder Giovanni Fabbian will move to Udinese as part of the deal. He spent last season on-loan with Reggina.

Inter will push for a buy-back option in Fabbian's deal.

Medical tests will be held at both clubs this week.
