Inter Milan have made a move for Liverpool striker Fabio Borini.
The Mail on Sunday says Inter also asked about taking Liverpool striker Borini on loan which would ruin any hopes chance Sunderland hold of signing him before Monday.
Black Cats boss Gus Poyet has maintained hope throughout the summer of signing Borini.
